At JDOT FRAGRANCES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
